Meet Joanne

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and we saw a condominium we liked. Luckily for us, Joanne was the listing agent, we contacted her to go visit the condo. Unfortunately, it was already sold by that time. As we did not have a real estate agent helping us look for a new place, we asked Joanne to help us. She was amazing, very helpful, would answer all our questions, guide us in the purchase of a new home, gave her truthful opinion on different places we visited or not and even gave us tips on what to look for in the different places we looked at. She has many years of experience in the real estate business and she gladly shares her knowledge. She suggested a few mortgage broker firms and real estate lawyers as we were new at all this, we were very happy with the people we chose to deal with for those two important steps in a home purchase. Joanne put us at ease every step of the way and guided us well. We can honestly say that Joanne helped us a lot and we are very happy in our new home.

At the beginning of 2020 we would have never believed that by the end of the year we would have sold our house and moved our family of 7 (plus a dog of course) to our dream home/hobby farm in the country. We knew we were outgrowing our tiny house and we would eventually have to move to find more space for our kids to grow, but the idea of actually pulling it off seemed impossible. Then the pandemic hit and suddenly everything changed and it became obvious that we couldn’t live on top of each other for too much longer. Joanne breezed in with a plan and before we knew it, she had everything organized to get us ready to sell, and was actively searching for our new home. Throughout the process she kept us calm and stress-free and provided excellent advice.  She became part of the family, making sure all our needs were met, down to the youngest of our children and, of course, the dog. We felt very confident knowing Joanne was on our side.  She was just as excited as we were to find our new home in the country and once the sale of our house went through and things were finalized at the farm she gifted us with a giant triangle to call in the kids for supper – a fun idea we had joked about during our first visit to the farm. We were so touched by her thoughtfulness – if not for Covid-19, she would have been bear hugged!  We can’t recommend Joanne highly enough.  She is definitely the one you want working for you.  Thank you so much Joanne, we are so very happy in our new home!
